Art For Inclusion is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and is implemented by a consortium of four organisations from four different European countries. The consortium consists of Solidaridad Sin Fronteras (Spain), EPEKA (Slovenia), EPEKA (Germany), Cinematek (Greece). The project Art For Inclusion aims to promote social and labour inclusion of young migrants and minorities (JMM) through art and specifically Music, Dance, Theater, Circus and Cinema,in order to respond to the situation generated by the COVID-19. Specifically, the project aims:
- To promote the social inclusion of young migrants and minorities (JMM), through culture and art.
- To promote the employability of young artistic professionals who have been affected by the situation arising from the COVID19.
- To promote the participation of young migrants and minorities through culture and art.
- To raise awareness among the public of the importance of art and culture in the processes of social and economic development in the European Union.
To this end, the organisations are calling for young migrants and minorities aged 16-30 to participate in the project. The potential beneficiaries are not required to have any particular experience in the artistic fields of Music, Dance, Theater, Circus and Cinema.
